Pickering & Butters have recently undergone their annual Lexcel assessment and have passed with flying colours.
Lexcel is the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for client care, compliance and practice management. It sets the standard for client care, risk management, people management, structure and strategy, financial management, information management and file and case management.
Following the two-day assessment in January 2022, the Lexcel assessor was full of praise for the firm, and congratulated the firm on a “very successful outcome” and an “excellent result”.
Pickering & Butters have been members of the Lexcel scheme since 2004 and have continued to achieve excellent results at the annual assessments, demonstrating that the practice excels in its management of the firm and the quality service it provides to our clients, new and old.
